No, nothing to do with pink elephants and drinking too much but one of the local eateries and keen followers of this blog. So much so that our order is now labelled "banzai chicken"! Good food, cheap, and just next to the only waterfront bar in town - a winner. It even has furniture made of crushed glass (maybe more on that in another post). If you're hungry or just can't be bothered, the good folk at the Pink Flamingo could save your bacon (and then fry it and serve it on a roll).
